Questions about buying

One-time or yearly, what is the difference?

The theme is identical either way. A one-time licence is a single payment with updates and support for as long as Shilpi is a product we ship. A yearly licence costs less up front and renews at the same price each year. You can upgrade a yearly licence to one-time later and pay only the difference.

What does a licence actually unlock?

Three things: the AI layer, automatic updates and support. The MCP server, the part that lets Claude Code, Cursor or any other agent build and edit your site, needs an active licence to answer at all.

Everything else is yours the moment you install the theme: the visual builder, the design system, templates and routing, native forms and sliders, the Code Hub, and every page you publish with them.

What happens when a licence expires?

The AI layer switches off. Both MCP endpoints stop answering and agent credentials stop authenticating until you renew. The on/off switch is remembered, so activating a key brings the server straight back exactly as you left it.

Nothing else changes. The builder keeps building, your templates keep routing, your forms keep collecting, and every published page renders exactly as it did. There is no watermark and no front-end notice, your visitors never see a difference.

What counts as a production site?

A site the public can reach. Local installs, staging environments and development copies do not count against your total on any tier, build as many as you like.

Can I move a licence to a different site?

Yes. Deactivate the key on the old site and activate it on the new one from the Licence tab, as often as you need, clients change hosts and projects get retired, and that should not cost you a support ticket.

Do my clients need their own licence?

Not for the site to run. The licence covers the sites you build, and the site keeps rendering after handover whether or not your key stays active on it. If the client wants their own AI connection, updates and support, they buy a Personal licence and you can transfer the site out of your count.

How does the refund work?

Email us within 30 days and we refund it. We would like to hear what did not work, but we will not require an explanation before processing it.

Is there a trial?

The refund window is the trial. Install it on a real project, connect your agent, build a page, and decide with actual work in front of you rather than a sandbox.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Card and PayPal for every tier, handled by Freemius as our merchant of record, so VAT and invoices are taken care of. Agency licences can also be invoiced against a purchase order; write to us and we will send the paperwork your finance team needs.
