Quick answers
My licence key will not activate
Check that the site URL matches the one on the licence, and that the install can reach the outside world, some managed hosts block outbound requests by default. If both are fine, send us the key and the domain and we will look at it from our side.
The MCP server will not connect
Press Test server on the Connect an AI agent tab, it performs a real authenticated handshake and usually tells you exactly what is wrong. OAuth requires HTTPS; if your staging site is HTTP only, use an application password instead.
Can you build the site for me?
Sometimes, and we will tell you honestly if we are the wrong people. Write in with the scope and the deadline. If we cannot take it, we would rather point you at someone who can than hold onto the lead.
Do you offer a discount?
Yes, for students, registered non-profits and anyone in a country where the list price is genuinely out of proportion to local income. Ask, briefly explain the situation, and we will usually say yes without a form.
